Pleasant Hill

Pleasant Hill was a resort located on the North side of Upper Hamlin Lake across from the Bugg House.  They had a reputation for attracting many well known celebrities of the 1920’s.  Pleasant Hill was a favorite place for Vaudeville entertainers to go for vacation.  Singers and hoofers put on shows for each other while vacationing there and people from Ludington loved to go out to see the shows.
