Victory Park Sometimes called Victory Township Park or Victory Memorial Park. Located in Upper Hamlin Lake off of Victory Park Road, north of the end of Angling Road. (Lat N44deg, 3.95min; Lon W86deg, 23.55min) The park has a boat launch and fishing pier at the water. On a high point, it has a war memorial. On August, 2009, Wayne Anderson and the Victory Twp were working on a long range plan to improve the upper area by adding a playground, and the lower area by improving boat and adding kayak launches.
